PROGRAMS

Our seminary is open to students who want to study Christianity.  Lectures will be conducted in Spanish, Korean and English.  Students who wish to study theological areas at our seminary can begin their classes by submitting an application and receiving a letter of acceptance.  Students who are admitted must complete 120 credits to earn a bachelor’s degree.  To earn a master’s degree, students must take 45 to 72 credits.  To receive a Master of Divinity degree, students must complete 72 credits. Doctoral programs require students to complete 30 to 45 credits and submit a doctoral thesis. To earn a Doctor of Divinity, you must take 30 credits.  Students who have studied at other seminaries or universities may be exempt from credits.

The peculiarity of our seminary is that there is no student who cannot graduate because of lack of tuition.  Students who enter our seminary are given the privilege of graduating if they work hard at their studies with very low tuition and scholarships.  Our seminary has low tuition fees, but all of our faculty members are professionals with Ph.D. degrees or the highest degrees in their fields from well-known universities in the United States and other countries.

Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Ministry (BATM)

Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education (BACE)

Bachelor of Arts in Missiology (BAM)

Bachelor of Arts in Church Administration (BACA)

The purpose of the Bachelor’s degree program is to educate future church leaders through a comprehensive study of the Bible and theology.  BA degree program requires 120 credits and takes about three to four years to graduate.  Students who have not completed their college studies or who have dropped out of their studies may be exempt from up to 40 credits to complete our BA program.  Students with BA degree can receive up to nine credits for on-the-job training.

Master’s Degrees

Master of Divinity (M.Div.)

The main purpose of the M. Div. program is to train future pastors and become spiritual leaders of the church.  In order to graduate, M. Div. students must complete 72 credits and take about three years to study.

Master of Theological Studies (MTS)

The MTS program is designed to specialize in theology and become an expert in the field of theology, or to further one’s studies by entering a doctoral program.  To earn an MTS degree, you need to complete 45 credits, and it takes 1.5 to 2 years to graduate.

Master of Christian Education (MCE)

The Master of Arts in Christian Education program is established to train professionals in Christian education in today’s diverse needs.  Students who complete the MCE program must complete 45 credits and study for 1.5 to 2 years in order to graduate.

Master of Missiology (M.Miss.)

The Master of Missiology degree program is designed to train current and prospective missionaries.  Students majoring in missiology are required to complete the six credits of field placement.  This program requires 45 credits to graduate, and students can earn a degree in 1.5 to 2 years.

The doctoral degree program is a minimum of three years and the doctoral thesis must be unanimously approved by the doctoral review committee to be awarded a doctoral degree.

The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program requires a total of 30 credits, 9 of which can be credited for thesis.  The Doctoral Program in Christian Education and the Doctorate of Missiology Program each requires a total of 45 credits, of which 9 credits are considered thesis credits.
